Catherine Davidson practised as a lawyer in commercial dispute resolution with Blake Dawson in Sydney and Denton Wilde Sapte in London. Her time working on complex and protracted litigation led her to believe that there is a better way to solve disputes.

Catherine also worked in the government and financial services sectors in a communications consultancy, Cosway Communication, where she developed approaches which enabled her to think outside the more traditional roles of legal practice and enhance her strong communication skills.
